Urban IT was founded in 2002 by Brian Zander with a straightforward goal: give small and mid-size businesses access to the same caliber of IT support that large enterprises take for granted, without the enterprise price tag or the impersonal service that tends to come with it.

More than two decades later, that mission has not changed.
